And the LORD said, shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do….? Genesis 18:17
The word of the Lord is upright. He is faithful in all he does. Believing in him is considered as righteousness. By the word of the Lord, the heavens were made. Abraham believed in the word of the Lord and God counted it as righteousness. The Lord loves righteousness and justice. There is a sweet relationship between the Lord and Abraham.
Abraham is commanding his children and household to keep the way of the Lord by doing righteousness and justice so the Lord may fulfill the promise. God trusted Abraham and called him as his friend.
Why will the Lord hide anything from people like Abraham those who believe in the Lord and pass on God’s ways to others and become a blessing to his own people and also to others? People who trust in Him are always special to Him and are considered as Mount Zion. Cursed is the man who trust in the man and whose heart turns away from the Lord.
Lord! I love you. Help me to believe in you at all times and fix my eyes on you. Help me to have that sweet relationship with you. Please make my life a blessing to others for your glory. In Jesus name. Amen!
