“I have chosen you, and ordained you.” – John 15:16
“I have chosen you” these words have a special and wonderful meaning for God’s children and the daily prayer of each one of us should be: ‘O Lord, I want these words to become real in my life not only for today but also every day’. When we understand that we are chosen of God, whatever difficulties or problems we may have, God will surely provide a solution. What a comfort and assurance we have when we realize that we have been chosen by our Lord. God knows everything about us, our inward corruption, rottenness, failures, and shortcomings, yet He is saying these words to us who have been bought, purchased and cleaned by His precious blood.
We are Chosen by God:
– Out of the world
– For a Purpose
– As a Vessel
– For a Witness
– For His Glory
– For Eternity
Have you got that inward assurance which enables you to say: ‘The Lord Jesus has chosen me’?
