Shower/ rain in the Bible is repeated several times. It represents blessings both spiritual and physical. God has immensely loved us and gave us a provision of salvation which itself is a greatest shower in due season.
There will be times when a christian feels that God is far away, when personal quiet times seems routine, fellowship with the believers seem critical, life seems a valley of dry bones. When he cries out to the Lord for the showers of blessings, soon the answer comes from a scripture passage or a song or a revelation from God as showers of blessings in his season.
Physically speaking, you must have been waiting upon for that one thing to be accomplished in your life from ages. It might seem impossible. Perhaps there is no open door at all. Yet dearly beloved remember that He is a God who is able to send showers in due season upon your dry life.
Are you ready to receive the showers of blessings? What happens when there’s a shower? There’s a shoot too. When does it shoot? When its rooted. Are you rooted in Christ? Is your foundation unwavering and strong in the Lord? If yes, be encouraged that there is a due season. Do not be overwhelmed.
