… the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot. 1 Peter 1:19
Redemption : Christ has paid the price (His Blood) to release us from slavery of sin and granted us Eternal Life because redemption was the price to be paid for a slave to become free. (Leviticus 25:47-54)
Forgiveness of sins : The blood Christ was shed as a means of atonement of sin to fulfil the Mosaic Law which was to be given once a year by the priest and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness (Hebrews 9:22). Usually a lamb without blemish was used for the atonement.
Power to overcome the enemy : We are overcomers by the blood of Christ.
And they overcame him(satan) by the blood of the Lamb (Revelation 12:11)
Let's recollect that we are Redeemed, Forgiven and are Overcomers by the Blood of Christ
