Wait on the Lord and keep His way and He shall exalt thee to inherit the land. Psa 37:34
The psalmist King David, encourages us to wait on the LORD patiently and keep His way diligently so that we might be rewarded with a valuable inheritance that he kept in store for us.
Lord Jesus, though being tempted in many ways, kept himself in Father’s will willingly. And God has exalted him by raising up from the dead and made him sit on the right hand of God, angels and authorities and powers being subjected to Him.
Let us be encouraged today to wait on the Lord by committing our ways to the Lord and keep His ways by trusting in the Lord and taking delight in him.
Lord, give us grace today, that we might wait on you and keep your ways, so that you may be exalted through us. Amen!
