Zion Calendar Verse – May 12, 2018
"Fear thou not; for I am with thee; be not dismayed; for I am thy God." Isa. 41:10
Lord is expressing his Sovereignty.
"FEAR NOT" – This is a word of Counsel and comfort, which is repeatedly told by GOD in the bible for 365 times. The grace of our Holy GOD will comfort us, those going through difficult times.
"FOR I AM WITH THEE" – This is the reason why we should not be afraid. God is assuring that he will be with us forever.
"BE NOT DISMAYED" – The sense here is that we should remain calm, and have no fear of our opponent. Calm assurances the power and love of the Lord.
"I AM THY GOD" – The Lord of heaven is our God. He is all-powerful and will always be here, for those who have put their faith in the Lord.
Almighty GOD: Help us to uphold this promise knowing that you will be with us forever, your power and strength lead us in all our situations. Amen!
