"As one whom his mother comforts, so I will comfort you" Isa. 66:13
Prophet Isaiah wrote this verse, under the inspiration of GOD.
GOD compares his Comfort to that of a mother as Mother' love is Spontaneous, perfect and special love. Mother knew what exactly comforts her child and it comes from sacrifices, suffers, strives and labors.
As children of GOD we often experience Pain and confusion which leads us to question GOD. But GOD says that we are his children and the comfort HE holds is more than sufficient in our burdens and needs.
Dear LORD: Thank you for your love and care towards us. On this Mother's day, we remember and rejoice with gratitude for the motherly comfort you have showered directly upon us. Amen!
