My faithfulness and my mercy shall be with him. Psalm 89:24
Our God is faithful even though we are unfaithful, and his faithfulness endures to all generations. GOD loved David and promised his faithfulness and mercies upon his life. David was a sinner and his sins were considered to be an abomination. Yet, God didn’t break his promise. God was faithful and merciful toward David, because he sincerely repented of his sins. No matter what our sin is and how big it is, remember that God loves us and is faithful and merciful in forgiving us if we repent.
Prayer – Loving Heavenly Father, thank you for your mercies that are new every morning. Great is thy faithfulness. Forgive us of our sins and iniquities. In Jesus name we pray, Amen!
