Lord God! … there is nothing too hard for thee. Jer. 32:17
Context: God asks Jeremiah to buy a piece of land which would later be occupied by the Babylonians. Nevertheless, he obeys God’s command. He trusted in God even though the circumstances were against him. After obeying God’s command, he prays in faith saying, “Nothing is too hard for you, Lord”.
Application: We may be going through tough situations in our lives today, but, we need to remember that our God is greater. We need to obey his commands and trust him. The more we focus on his greatness, the less threatening our problems will seem, and we can proclaim with certainty that “NOTHING is too hard for our LORD!”
Prayer: Almighty God, we worship you for who you are!! When we look at your greatness, we know that our temporal problems on this earth are of no match. We acknowledge that nothing is too hard for you! In Jesus name we pray, Amen!
