The LORD has chosen Zion, He has desired it for His dwelling. Psalm 132:13

I will exalt you, Lord, for you rescued me

Psalm 30:1.
“I will exalt you, Lord, for you rescued me. You refused to let my enemies triumph over me.”
Psalm 30 is the Psalm of Thanksgiving, traditionally ascribed to David upon the occasion of the dedication of his house. Perhaps this psalm was written when David was very ill. He probably thinks that he might be going to die. He prayed to God. God made him well again. David did not go to Sheol where he would not be able to praise God. So he asks everyone that believes in God to praise God with him. God was angry for a short time, but now he is not angry with David. Is this our case? let us ascribe all the glory to him who has sustained us in our integrity.
Next time we get ill or hurt in some way, we must reevaluate our actions. See if we have done something wrong, we must get on our knees immediately, humbling ourselves asking for forgiveness. Then ask God to make us well again. Ask Him to give us the wisdom to handle the situation wisely, ask God if he wants you to go on being suffering. Perhaps it is to help other people to become Christians. Perhaps he is speaking to us through our sufferings or hurts. Ask him what he is saying. Perhaps there is another reason that we may never know or understand. Submit the whole situation to Him, surrendering ourselves wholeheartedly and let him be fully in control so we can be restored. And when we receive our miracles don’t hold back share your experience with others and glorify His name in all what we do.
