I will direct their work in truth, and I will make an everlasting covenant with them. Isaiah 61:8
The LORD says “I will make with them an everlasting covenant, that I will not turn away from doing good to them. And I will put the fear of me in their hearts, that may not turn from me”.
Jesus Christ is the Truth. Paul says any labor in the work of the LORD will not go in vain. GOD will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people. Each will receive his wages according to his labor. We are privileged to be called as His fellow workers.
According to word of GOD, the fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, brings prolonged life, gives satisfied sleep, brings riches, makes the angel encamp around us and rescue us, fulfills the desire of the heart, brings favor from GOD, brings mercies upon generation after generation, the LORD will be their help and shield. GOD is making an everlasting covenant with us that He will not turn away from doing good and put his fear in our hearts. What else we can ask for? Let us be glad and fear the LORD and do not turn away from Him.
LORD! I praise your glorious name. You are a GOD of Justice. I bow down and praise you for your everlasting covenant and for the fear of you in my heart. Please help me to be your fellow worker to establish your kingdom. In Jesus name. Amen!
