Ruth Graham, Billy Graham’s daughter, went through a divorce, remarried within months, but soon realised that it was a huge mistake. Unable to face anyone, she wanted to end her life, but was unsuccessful. Not sure of what to do, she drove to her parents’ house. Her father met her in the driveway, and embraced her in his arms mercifully saying, “Welcome home.”
If an earthly father can show mercy to his children, imagine how much more our Heavenly Father is merciful towards us. God’s mercies surround us, as He embraces us with His unfailing love, which can be trusted.
