“…I will pour out my spirit on all flesh;” – Joel 2:28
During the Old Testament time, God’s Spirit was manifested upon only certain set of people like Prophets, Priests and great chosen men like Moses and David. They were able to commune with Him only when they were inside the Temple of God!
But, for those of us who are under the New Covenant, God is promising us a mighty outpouring of His Spirit upon all flesh. There is no distinction between a man and a woman, young or old, Jew or Greek. If you accept Jesus Christ as your personal savior, then the Spirit of God will reside within us and will lead us into all truth.
