Martin Luther King Jr. was the most important voice of the American Civil Rights movement. He worked for equal rights for all and was famous for using nonviolent resistance to overcome injustice. He fought his heart out to make people realize that “all men are created equal.”
In the same way, the law under the old covenant created differences and distinctions between individuals and nations. The Pharisees used to thank God every day, for allowing them to be born as Jewish men and not gentiles or women. Jesus Christ came into this world to unite, not to divide! Therefore, there is no more any distinction, for we are all one in Him!
