Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28
Do you feel heavy hearted? Does life seem aimless like winds bashing over the sea? Does the love of your dear ones seem inadequate? Is your spirit unsatisfied? Does it seem like the whole world is on one end and you alone are on the other? Is loneliness haunting you?
Take heart. You need not drown in your circumstances. There is hope for you. Jesus said "Come to Me". Dearly beloved hearken unto your creator the one who created you in His own image. He is loving and able to transform your life. He feels your heaviness and he is eagerly waiting at the door of your heart. He is the one who gives you rest from all your burdens. He loved you with an everlasting love. He sacrificed himself on the cross. Our shortcomings have crucified him on the cross. Come to him and be delivered.
May the love of Christ compel you to be drawn towards him and May you find rest in His presence.
