The LORD has chosen Zion, He has desired it for His dwelling. Psalm 132:13

Trust in God

Do not let your heart be troubled. John. 14:1

The hearts of the disciples were bitterly troubled when Jesus had mentioned about his departure into a place where he is going, they cannot come. Jesus realized their inner hearts cry. Perhaps it was also visible in their countenance. They all must have looked upon each other with anxiety and concern. Jesus very well knows our secret undiscovered sorrows that bleeds inwardly, he knows not only how agonizing we are but also how we would be affected. In all this He assured us not to be troubled but to "Trust in God".  The most powerful phrase at all times, the most complicated thing to perform, the most attacked virtue by the enemy is Trusting in God!

Trust in God that He is the Savior the one who liberates from the burden and shame of sin. Trust in God when everything else is unquiet. Trust in God when deceiver the satan whispers that it's impossible whereas it is actually possible by God. Trust in God for His Providence. Trust in God that He would lead you in the rest of the mission that He has appointed you with.

A troubled heart and a Trusting heart can never go hand in hand. May the Good God comfort us this day and help us to Trust in Him always and at all times.
