The LORD has chosen Zion, He has desired it for His dwelling. Psalm 132:13

Assurance of God’s help

“For I am the LORD your God, who upholds your right hand… ‘Do not fear, I will help you.’”  – Isa. 41:13

In human heart, there are more than a hundred fears. Our fear may not be a reality, but courage is a reality. Fear always has a louder voice than courage. Courage helps us to reach the place we are supposed to go, but fear makes us remain in the same place.

When we solely depend on God in our difficult situations, God may not remove the problem which is ahead of us but God will hold our right hand and will give us the victory over the problem.

– God did not remove Goliath, rather gave victory to David over Goliath.

– God gave victory to Moses over Midianites.

– God fought the battle for Jehoshaphat against the three kings and gave him victory.

Today’s Affirmation:

God has not given me a spirit of fear, but of peace, love and a sound mind. I will accept God’s help.  I will yield to the leading of the Holy Spirit. Because my heavenly Father has promised to help me, I will not give in to fear.  I am so grateful for the promise that God holds my hand and He helps me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
