Jn 15:13 – Greater love hath no man than this that a man laid down, his life for His friends.
Jesus chose us to be His friends. He told us how to bear much fruit by only abiding in Him. He warned us what happens if we don’t bear fruit.He shared the secrets of Father with us.
He even told us, how Father gives us everything we ask, if we ask In His name.He shared His joy with us, so that our joy may be full He laid down His life for us. In return for all of this, Jesus expects only one thing from us, to follow His commandment “You love one another as I have loved you”
Are we loving back Jesus the same way He is loving us? What a friend we have is n Jesus!
Lord, thank you for being a true friend to us. Give us hearts to love you back the same way You have loved us. In Jesus name, Amen!
