The eternal God is the dwelling place – Deuteronomy 33:27
This is one of the blessings that Moses, the man of God, pronounced upon the Israelites before his death. One great character of Bible who lived as per the blessing pronounced was David. In Psalm 46:1, David declares, “God is my refuge and strength." As king he faced lot of troubles but he took refuge in the Eternal God.
Eternal God – People of the world or unbelievers will put their confidence on their own strength, wisdom, wealth and knowledge. As believers (children of God) our hope and confidence is on our Eternal God.
Refuge or Dwelling place – In modern world, Refugee’s from 3rd world countries move to developed countries for better life or to protect their lives. Similarly, in our spiritual journey once we were refugee(wanderers) and by accepting Jesus we have made God us our refuge.
Prayer: He who dwells in the shelter of the most high will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust. In Jesus name I pray, Amen!!!!
