The Lord is able to give thee much more than this -2 Chr. 25:9
God is speaking through the prophet to King Amaziah to not worry about the 7500 pounds silver he paid to hire the Israel’s army. He is saying that Lord will give much more than this. Some trust in chariots and others in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God – Psalms 20:7
As a believer, we need not worry about the worldly needs. When we obey God, He will always provide our needs. Consider the birds of the air, how they neither sow, nor reap, nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of much greater value than they are? – Matthew 6:26
One secret to receive from God is by giving. The Bible states that God loves a cheerful giver (2 Corinthians 9:7) and Jesus taught it is better to give then to receive (Acts 20:35).
Prayer: Father God, help me to rely on you for my provisions. Help me not to give under compulsion, but to give cheerfully because You love the cheerful giver. In Jesus name, I pray – Amen!!!!
