Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it 1 Thess 5:24
In verse 23, Paul prays for Thessalonians’ sanctification. In this verse, he affirms that God would accomplish the same because He is faithful.
All great personalities like Abraham, Moses and David were common people like you/me. But God used them mightily for His Glory. Even though they disobeyed in some aspects, they were quick to repent. If we are faithless, He remains faithful, for He cannot deny Himself – 2 Timothy 2:13
Other great personalities like Saul, Samson and Solomon all started well but because of their disobedience they couldn’t finish well. God is faithful in His calling; however, we have to be obedient to His still small voice to finish the race like Paul.
God doesn’t call qualified people, He qualifies the called.
Prayer: Father God help me to run a good race by obeying You. Open my ears so that I can listen to your still small voice. In Jesus name I pray- Amen !!!
