I will cause the shower to come down in season (Ezek. 34:26)_
A young kid went to a local store with his mother. After the payment, he was offered candies from a jar, but the kid held back. So, the shop owner took a handful of candies and gave it to him. After coming out, his mother asked why he let the shop keeper give candies. The kid said, “because the shop owner’s hand is much bigger than mine”.
Similar to this story, if we let God give, the Bible is promising that “He will cause the showers to come down in their season; there shall be showers of blessings”. When Israelites asked God, “manna” was sent from heaven, when they asked meat, “quails” were sent from above. As it came from heaven, even after several thousand years, we are still remembering. Let us patiently wait upon the Lord so that “He will make everything beautiful in His own time”.
