“The righteous will never be removed, but the wicked will not inhabit the earth.” Proverbs 10:30
God’s Word says, there is none righteous, no, not one (Romans 3:10). Nobody would be able to stand if the Lord marks the iniquities. God alone is righteous. No human can ever become righteous through good works or self-righteousness. If we confess our sins, God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to clean us from all unrighteousness. Our righteousness is imputed from Jesus through atoning work that He accomplished on the cross. We can’t produce righteousness, Christ produced it for us.
Righteous will never be removed from the love of God, nothing can separate them from that; they are set as a seal on His heart and are engraved on the palms of His hands. Righteous will inhabit the new earth, God saves the righteous for eternity. On the other hand, wicked desires to inhabit the earth but they shall not inhabit.
