Imagine a WORM which is weak, fragile and needy, standing before a VIPER which is strong. And imagine the weakest worm being transformed into a sharp threshing sledge with teeth, devouring its enemy. Is this even possible?
Yes, this was the strength, God had promised to the Israelite's in their times of despair. And He made that strength available to us through our Lord and Savoir Jesus Christ.
Though terrified we are for the things happening in this world around us, just rejoice in our Lord. For our reason to rejoice is not based on our situations nor emotions nor our feelings, but on the Salvation of the Lord. Christ in us, the hope of glory! May this be our testimony, when we are tried and purified, that we shall come forth as gold!
