“They will fight against you but will not overcome you, for I am with you.” Jer. 1:19
Jeremiah was God’s mouthpiece to preach the message of judgment and restoration for both Judah and the nations.
Just as God promised to deliver Jeremiah by being with him, God has delivered us by taking on flesh in the person of Jesus Christ.
God is omnipresent (everywhere at one time)—it is one of His attributes.
One of Jesus’ titles is “Immanuel,” which means “God with us” (Matt. 1:23). When Jesus came into this world, He was truly, literally “God with us.” Because God is with us, we know that we will never be separated from His love (Rom. 8:38-39).
