“I baptize you with water for repentance. But after me comes one who is more powerful than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. “Matthew 3:11
Though we have witnessed the water baptism for repentance, if we have not experienced the Holy Spirit Lord, we will remain fruitless with no revival in our lives. Jesus have given the Holy Spirit Lord as our advocate to tell us what is right and wrong in the sight of Jesus Christ.
“When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit”. Acts 2:1,4
The Holy Spirit Lord enabled them to proclaim gospel to gentiles. After the upper room experience with Holy Spirit Lord, disciples turned the world upside down.
We may be weak, timid and cannot speak but How long will we be waiting? Let us arise and get baptized or experience the power and fire 🔥 of the Holy Spirit Lord!! The God who enabled His disciples in the New Testament times can enable us to be strong and proclaim the gospel to the ends of the world.
