Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid… He will not leave you nor forsake you. (Deut. 31:6)
Before Moses died, he spoke to Israelites. When they were in fear of the Jordan River crossing, enemies ahead of them, and the future ahead of them, they were in tremendous fear. But Moses, out of his own experience, strengthened them and said, “The Lord your God Himself crosses over Jordan River before you, and He will destroy these nations from before you.” As God has promised, He fulfilled and granted them the promised land (Israel).

Today, if you fear your enemies, difficult situations, and about your future, remember that our God who sent His own Son and did not spare Him, but delivered Him up for our sins, how shall He not with all of us during these earthy situations? Let us all be encouraged with Moses's words, “Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid.” If God is for us, who can be against us?
