The LORD has chosen Zion, He has desired it for His dwelling. Psalm 132:13

Give Thanks and Sing Praises to The LORD among the nations!

Therefore I will give thanks to You, O LORD, among the Gentiles, and sing praises to Your name. 2 Samuel 22:50

David Praises God when he was delivered from the hand of all his enemies. On one occasion, Philistine Giants thought of killing David, as he grew faint and had no strength in him to fight back, but they could not. God used David’s servants to kill Giant Philistines and saved David. In that very dangerous situation, David praised – The LORD is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, God of my strength, in Whom I will trust. David called upon the name of the LORD when surrounded by death, distress, trouble, David did not run away to escape from the hands of his enemies, but trusted God, called upon the name of the LORD, and Praised God among the gentile Philistines. God heard David’s voice from His temple, The Most High uttered His voice, sent out His arrows, and scattered the enemies.

The LORD strengthened David, and he pursued his enemies, wounded, and destroyed them. The LORD strengthens His children too who call upon His name, keep His ways, and praise God when surrounded by trouble and enemy. Amazingly God has delivered us from the hand of the enemy, and hell. God saved us on the day of our Salvation and also, He has been delivering us daily from the hands of the enemy. May we all join the sweet psalmist of Israel, to give thanks to our LORD, and sing praises to His name.
