Many people in this world are searching for peace. People may have riches of the world, but they may not have peace because only God can fill the void in human hearts and can give the peace that surpasses human understanding.
How to make peace with God? When we reconcile with God by confessing our sins, the byproduct of it is peace of God. You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You – Isaiah 26:3. When we have peace with God our children too will be blessed, as recorded in Isaiah 54:13 – All your children shall be taught by the Lord, and great shall be the peace of your children.
As a believer, our duty is to be in peace with everyone around us. Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God – Matthew 5:9
Prayer: Father God, may the peace of Christ rule our hearts and help us to be peacemakers. In Jesus name I pray – Amen!!!
