The LORD has chosen Zion, He has desired it for His dwelling. Psalm 132:13

God of Peace

…God is not the author of confusion but of Peace …. 1 Cor. 14:33

Looks like there was disorder in Corinthian’s church. Paul is advising them to have a good order in worship of the Lord. As mentioned in 1 Corinthians 14: 26-33, If anyone speaks in a tongue, two—or at the most three—should speak, one at a time, and someone must interpret. Similarly, while one prophet is prophesying the other should wait. The spirits of prophets are subject to control of the prophets.

Similarly, for the peace of God to stay in home there should be orderliness in home. For example, the husband as the head of the house should provide and be a protector. He needs to practice humility, love unconditionally and raise the kids in the fear of God.  If the order of the family is not followed there will be disorder and it will lead to confusion.

Similarly, In Genesis we see orderliness in God’s creation – He created everything in six days span with an order.

Prayer:  Father God, help us to maintain orderliness in church, home and our workplace. Anoint us to be peacemakers. In Jesus name I pray – Amen!!!
