Act 2:21. “But everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
What a wonderful promise, the promise that no other names on the earth, above, or beneath have received.
Only one name has the power to deliver, only one action is required to receive what was lost and cannot be achieved ever by any other work.
The promise that brings comfort, and peace, and saves us just by believing and activating the plan God has put together before the foundation of heaven or earth.
The plan to break the cycle of sin that pushes us away from eternal peace to agony. The promise that mends the relationship allows us to live in the glory of holiness we lost.
The only way we receive our access back to our Creator. Just believing will allow us to receive all that was lost and break all our chains.
So let’s turn our heart towards Him because He has given all what He has to redeem us and He is waiting for us with open arms to receive us back in His glory. Let’s not wait for anything else to happen and receive all after receiving Christ as our savior in our lives.
It’s not an easy decision but the only decision we can make to save ourselves from the agony we deserve. Step forward and receive the peace and comfort He promises to you today for eternity.
Promise: “There is no judgment against anyone who believes in him. But anyone who does not believe in him has already been judged for not believing in God’s one and only Son.”
Prayer: Dear Lord Heavenly Father mighty wonderful God. Lord, thank You for that by grace through faith in the precious blood of Jesus, I have been saved. I praise and thank You that You sent Your only-begotten Son to be born as a Man and to pay the price for our sin, so that by faith in Him the curse of the law and the sting of death has been removed forever, for those who believe. Thank You that You sent Jesus to be born into this world and to live a perfect life and die a sacrificial death on my account. Thank You that I have been redeemed through Him and that my salvation does not rely on what I do but on what He did on the cross when He died for my sin. And thank You, Father, that through His resurrection, He broke the power of sin and death in the lives of all who believe in Him. Lord help me and all others that are chosen by You to receive this promise today. May we all live and work to Your praise and glory. In Jesus’s Holy Name, I pray Amen.
Have a blessed day!
