We all like gifts, and Christmas is the season of exchanging gifts. If I search most expensive Christmas gifts ever given, they vary from diamonds to mansions, and some even cost $100 million. All these gifts have a price, and these gifts are temporary.
Today, I want to talk about one gift God gave to all humankind. This gift is “priceless,” this gift is “indescribable,” this gift is the “ultimate,” this gift is “good,” and “everlasting” gift. This gift is none other than Jesus (meaning God is salvation) Christ (meaning the anointed one). Angles have announced the wonderful gift and proclaimed, “I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people. For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.” Even though God has given this gift around 2000 years ago, this gift is still available now. Let us claim this gift today to have salvation, peace, and everlasting life.
