The LORD has chosen Zion, He has desired it for His dwelling. Psalm 132:13

Return, Obey & be Blessed

“I will call for the grain and multiply it, and bring no famine upon you.” – Ezekiel 36:29

Israel hardened their hearts toward God by idol worship and rebellion. They broke the conditions of their first covenant with God and turned away from Him. Yet, God in His grace and mercy, promised to make a new Covenant with the Israelites, where He would give them a new heart of flesh – a heart sensitive to God and His Word, replacing the rebellious heart of stone.

God also promised He would pour His Spirit into their lives, so that they would live their lives in a way that’s pleasing to God. In turn, God promised to bless them for their obedience and keep them.

Today, God will reward us for our obedience. His blessings will be upon us when we humble ourselves and obey Him.

“Return to the Lord your God and obey Him with all your heart and soul….then the Lord will restore you from captivity and have compassion on you” Deuteronomy 30:2,3
