“Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving; Let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms” – Psalm 95:2
Worship is a natural response to the revelation of who God is.
Along with the Psalmist, we can certainly say that our God is the rock of our salvation. He is a great God and a great King. He is the creator of the universe. He is our maker and our sustainer in the past month. He alone is God, our Savior and that is enough for us to worship Him!
When we come into His presence, we may begin with thanksgiving, which would transcend into praise for all that he has done but will soon be transformed into worship when we truly have a glimpse of who He is!
When we look into His holiness, when we gaze into His loveliness, when all things that surround us become shadows in the light of Him, we worship Him…and the reason we live is to worship Him!
“O come, let us worship and bow down, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.” Psalm 95:6
