1. She was barren.
2. She was provoked grievously and was irritated.
3. She was downhearted.
4. She wept and did not eat.
5. She was full of great anxiety and vexation.
6. She prayed to the Lord and wept bitterly.
When she laid her burdens before the Lord, is when the Lord promised to grant her request and filled her heart with His Peace. Are you in the position of Hannah too? Do not be discouraged. The Lord has been waiting for you to approach him just as you are. He is a good, good father who is willing to grant your petition and bless you with peace. Be of good courage!
