You will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul. Deut 4:29
Throughout this chapter, Moses had warned the Israelites of their rebellious nature, their disobedience to the law of the Lord. Nevertheless, if Israel sinned against the Lord and during despair, they were willing to turn towards God, He would not totally abandon them. When they were ready to turn back to Him, He would be ready to accept them. If they passionately seek the Lord with all their heart and soul, the Lord is merciful God; he will not abandon or destroy them.
Our God is a God of second chances. He will never abandon those who seek Him with genuine heart though they have betrayed Him, they have gone astray and grieved Him. Satan condemns, discourages, destroys, brings guilt, shows hopelessness but Christ forgives, uplifts, rebuilds, rejuvenates, and sets free any believer who has fallen.
