The LORD has chosen Zion, He has desired it for His dwelling. Psalm 132:13

Fear not for God almighty is our helper

Isaiah 41:13 – For I the Lord thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.
If we look at the first part of the verse, this promise is for those whose God is the God of the Bible. If you have not believed in Him yet and not made Him your God, I would encourage you to do so at the earliest. Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Mat 3:2
Today’s verse is sort of an extension of yesterday. When we go through our earthly journey, we face many fears. Fear of Job, Life and so on. It is also foolish for anyone to presume, they will be able to walk through it by themselves. We need some assistance, some hand holding, some guidance.
We see our God is not a forsaker, but rescuer. He does not abandon us, but safely Guides us through our Fears. So, we learn to trust in Him. A father would not forsake his children, our heavenly father is no different & loves us many times more than his earthly counterpart. He Knows our helplessness and repeatedly reminds us to fear not but instead holds our right hand. He is not a dead God, but a living and loving God. He reminds us multiple time in this chapter to be focused on Him (I am your God- v10).
So let us be encouraged to not Fear circumstances surrounding us, but rather take heart and look to him and his righteous right hand.
Fear knocked the door, Faith Opened, Fear ran away.
