There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus. Rom. 8:1
Condemnation before God or justification by God comes from the choice we make. If we trust Him as a Savior, there is no condemnation. If we do not trust Him as a Savior, there is condemnation.
The wrath of God was poured out upon the Lord Jesus Christ at Calvary in payment for our sins, and for the sin of the whole world, so that those that believe would not be placed under condemnation. Therefore, there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ.
