The LORD has chosen Zion, He has desired it for His dwelling. Psalm 132:13

Your lovingkindness

But I have trusted in Your lovingkindness; My heart shall rejoice in Your salvation (Psalm 13:5)
The word “lovingkindness” is also translated as “mercy,” “goodness,” or “kindness.” When King David suffered and was frustrated by the evil and unrighteous people surrounded him, he surrendered and trusted God completely. When David faced treachery, he was able to find God’s consistency in his life.
Like David, when things are “falling apart,” we can trust God because He always “holds” everything together. When the evil surrounded by you says, “You are weak. You are lost. You can’t do this. You are a failure.” Don’t listen to the evil; instead, let us trust in His “lovingkindness” so that indeed we will experience God’s salvation, and our heart rejoices in it.
