…He is able also to save forever those who draw near to God through Him… (Heb 7:25)
The meaning of “able” is “having the power, skill, means, or opportunity to do something.”
Observe these verses:
God is able to provide (2 Cor. 9:8)
God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Eph. 3:20)
God is able to establish you (Rom. 16:25)
God is able to keep you from falling (Jude 1:24-25)
God is able to provide eternal life and make sure that no one snitches us out of His hand (John 10:28)
Our God is certainly able to save us forever and His blood is sufficient for the entire humanity. As God is able, let us take refuge in the LORD than to trust in earthly things.
