how excellent is Your name

O LORD, our Lord, how excellent is Your name in all the earth, … Your glory above the heavens! Psa. 8:1
The heavens above and the earth below, reveals a glimpse of the glory of our Almighty God, YHWH. The Self-existent and Self-sufficient God, who is beyond description.
God revealed the glory of this excellency and majesty, in a Name. The Name above all names. The Name to which every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that He is God. The excellent and majestic Name of our “LORD JESUS CHRIST”.
He is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature, and he upholds the universe by the word of his power. After making purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high. Heb 1:3
As we stand in awe and wonder, may we pour out our hearts in praise and worship this Excellent and Majestic Name, who is worthy of all our adoration!
