God does not need man’s praise to be God, He is already GOD. Our praise would not increase God’s glory, He is already GLORIOUS.
God is our Creator, our sustainer, our provider, our protector, our Source of Salvation, atonement of our sins. He is the author and finisher of our faith. The rock of refuge we run to, in our troubles. The lover of our souls. We, born as sinners, neither earned nor deserve any of this, it was freely given to us as we believe in our Lord Jesus Christ.
With a grateful heart and an outstretched arm, may we also join along with the psalmist and respond to God’s love towards us. Let us humble before the mighty hand of God and learn to bless the LORD at all times. May we magnify the Lord through our lives and exalt His Name above all. God deserves all our praise, which is due unto His NAME alone!
