The LORD has chosen Zion, He has desired it for His dwelling. Psalm 132:13

Oh Worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness!

Exalt the LORD our God, And worship at His footstool—He is holy. Psalm 99:5

Even though the Sun is 93 million miles away from the earth, no one is comfortable seeing it directly due to its brightness. Our LORD God’s brightness is far greater than innumerable suns. In heaven there is no need of any lamp or light of the sun, for the Lord God gives the light (Rev. 22:5), such is the glory and holiness of our God. In the Throne Room of heaven, God is seated on the high and lofty Throne and is reigning all over, He dwells between the cherubs, surrounded by six-winged Seraphim who cover their body with 4 wings and minister God with 2 wings. These mighty Angels of heaven hold high ranks in God’s Kingdom yet they humble themselves to worship God because of His Holiness. The closer we draw ourselves to God, the more we grasp His Holiness and our sinfulness. Apostle Paul progressively humbled himself, the closer he drew himself to God, he calls himself– ‘I am the least of the apostles' in 1 Cor. 15:9 (written in 56 AD); ‘I am the least of all the saints’ in Eph. 3:8 (60-61 AD); ‘I am the chief of sinners’ in 1 Tim. 1:15 (62-64 AD).

Heaven is God’s throne and earth is His footstool. When Mighty angels, Cherubim, Seraphim, elders, and saints in heaven despite their high powers, positions and principalities could worship our Lord Jesus Christ day and night without rest, how can we as mere human beings positioned at God’s footstool ever stop from humbling ourselves and exalt God, for He is Holy.
