Daughter, your faith has made you well; go in peace and be healed of your disease. – Mark 5:34
We all face various trials in our limited lifetime on earth. For some of us, it may be a breeze and for others it may not be. In all circumstances, we ought to constantly gaze & hold onto Christ.
In the above verse, we see Jesus addressing the woman as “Daughter“.We should remember, God hasn’t forsaken us during our testing times, but is ever close to us.
Secondly, our faith is tested when we face trials of various kinds. With all the ailments the lady had, & for the many years, we can safely assume her faith may not have been strong; but she persisted in looking for the right person – Jesus. And HE acknowledged it by saying – your faith has made you well.
Let us Trust in Jesus, no matter what the outcome may be.
(Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. Heb 12:3)
Lastly, Praises to our God who can not only heal us Physically but also Spiritually (Sin to Salvation).
