…'Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,' says the Lord of hosts. Zech. 4:6
1. David defeated Goliath in the name of the Lord though he was low in stature, not by His might or power.
2. Israelites crossed through the red sea via the dry land, not by their might or power.
3. Hannah conceived after several years of her marriage, not by her might or power.
4. Sarah bore the promised child in her old age, not by her might or power.
5. Lazarus was raised from the dead, not by his might or power.
6. Peter miraculously escaped from prison, knocked at the door of the house where the church was praying for him, not by His might or power.
They all have called upon the name of the LORD of Hosts to win a war they could not win on their own. It was the Spirit of the Lord alone who made it possible.
Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the LORD our God.
May the Lord wage a war you are going through and give you victory as you call upon His Name.
