God is more than the Creator, He is the LORD God Who is in our midst; loving us; caring for us; protecting us; defending us; indwelling with us and Who died for us, so that we might have life and have it in abundance.
Christ is the provision for our needs; the remedy for our fear; the cure for our problems and the antidote to sin. He is our protector and defender and as such; He is our victorious warrior. Our triumphant Saviour Who is mighty to save.
God desires all His children to seek Him; to come to Him; to draw near to Him; to rest in Him and to abide in His truth for He is the God of peace and the peace he gives passes all understanding. He longs to shed abroad His love, peace, joy and hope on all who believe in His Word and trust that He rewards those who diligently seek Him – for He is a God that rejoices over His children with singing – and delights in His little flock with shouts of joy.
Prayer: Loving Father, I am not worthy to be in Your presence and yet you are my strength and my savior, through Jesus Christ my Lord. We want to experience your presence and to be used as your instrument of grace in the lives of others. We need your presence to settle the disquietude of my soul. in Jesus name I pray, Amen!
