The LORD has chosen Zion, He has desired it for His dwelling. Psalm 132:13

My Grace is sufficient for you

Giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ – Eph 5:20

Implications of COVID-19 brought a long list of ever-challenging problems in our lives: depression, stress, anxiety, insomnia, denial, fear, uncertainty, and anger over situations around us. These situations are compared to the darkness, where no one is able to help us. However, our God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble, and can bring us out of these challenging situations.

God promises that, after every night, there is a morning, and after every weep, there is a joy (psalm 30:5). In these difficult situations, remember that the Light (Jesus Christ) shines in the darkness, and the darkness cannot comprehend it (John 1:5). When uncertainty is abounding, remember that grace is abounding even more. Instead of complaining, let us always give thanks for all situations (good or bad) in our lives knowing well that God is in control of our lives!
