The LORD has chosen Zion, He has desired it for His dwelling. Psalm 132:13

Our God is Omni-potent

Be exalted, O Lord, in Your own strength! We will sing and praise your power. Psa. 21:13

We are living in a “smart” world. Smartness is in our phones and our homes. If we say with our voice, “Alexa (or Ok Google), ‘turn on the light’, the light turns on magically.” Do you think our voice has the power to do anything? No, it’s not. If we think our voice has power, we are fools. It is the greatness of the maker of Alexa (or Google), who has smartness, but we are just passing a command. Even these makers can do very little things.

Unlike this, God has eternal power and can create and do anything with His strength. Bible says God is omnipotent (Omni – all; potent – powerful). He said, “let there be light,” and “it was so” with His voice. He not only created the “light” but also created “everything” from “nothing.” Building an earthly house takes 4-6 months, and a bridge takes months to years, but God took only six days to create everything in this world.

As God is “all-powerful,” and He can make all things work together for good, let us exalt and sing praises to His holy name!
