For the LORD is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations – Psalms 100:5
Our God is slow to anger. He is gracious and never deals with us harshly as per our actions.
Even though we are unfaithful, He is faithful and his mercies continue from one generation to another generation.
It is written in Deuteronomy 5:9 that father's sins will be passed to four generations. However, it is written in Deuteronomy 7:9 that His faithfulness and mercy continues for 1000 generations.
Abraham obeyed God and because of his obedience Israelites were blessed generationally and saviour of the world Jesus himself came through his lineage. So be of good cheer and serve God to your capacity so that you alone won’t be blessed but your children’s children will be blessed by the Lord. He is a covenant keeping God and His blessings will be passed on to multiple generations.
Prayer: Father God , thank you for your faithfulness and the blessings of cross upon us and our generations. In Jesus name I pray – Amen !!!
