Scripture says that the human heart is the most deceitful of all things and desperately wicked. By default, we inherited the perverse nature from the fallen man Adam.
It takes the power of the Holy spirit to uproot the First Adam’s spirit (Wickedness, lying etc) and fill us with the second Adam’s spirit (Christ). Now the question comes, How can we be filled by the anointing of the Holy Spirit? It is by reading the word of God and applying biblical principles in our day-to-day life. The more we read and meditate on the scripture, we become wiser. Scripture makes simpleton wise. In this world, we need wisdom of God to lead a godly life and to lead others to Christ.
Most of the time we ourselves (Christians) will be a bottleneck for an unbeliever to come to Christ – Due to perverse nature and lack of character (Unforgiveness, angry, murmuring, Impatience etc). May God help all of us so that we can be an useful vessel in the master’s hand.
Prayer: Father God, help us in our weakness and fill us with your wisdom so that we can be an useful vessel in your kingdom. In Jesus name I pray – Amen!!!
